Swedish Photography, in co-operation with the Embassies of Finland and Sweden, Art and Theory Publisher (Stockholm) present a panel discussion, The Gender Perspective on Photography – a comparison between Sweden, Finland and Germany at 7 p.m. Tuesday January, 21 2014 at the Felleshus of the Nordic Embassies

The discussion related to the release of the second book in a series, Dream If Ever There Was. The book is on the work of Tuija Lindström. The book release begins at 6:30 p.m.
Lindström, born in Finland, is one of Sweden's top photographic artists. She was also Sweden's first female professor of Photography at the University of Gothenburg.
Panel members include;Lindström, Anna-Kaisa Rastenberger (Director of the Photo Museum in Helsinki), Power Ekroth (Swedish, International curator in Germany), Dr. Thomas Köhler (Director at Berlinische Galerie in Berlin). The panel will be moderated by Elke Buhr (Deputy editor-in-chief at Monopol Magazin, Germany).
