Scope Miami Beach opens their 17th fair on the sands of South Beach Tuesday, December 5, 2017. The fair is on the sand. You will get sand in your shoes going to the entrance. Check out the website linked above for other Scope-related events.
The Platiunum VIP preview runs noon to 4 p.m, Tuesday, December 5 and the VIP preview runs 4 to 8 p.m. These cost $150 and $100 respectively. The great unwashed can come from 11 a.m to 8 p.m. December 6 to 10 for $35.
Scope's focus on contemporary artists cuts a broad swath. Galleries including Antler Gallery (Portland), Castle Fitzjohns (New York) and the always fascinating Licht Feld (Basel)). An interview with John Grande, being shown by Licht Feld, will appear shortly.
