In this case the piece is so aesthetically satisfying an created out of such odd material it merited mention. This is created from housepaint, rope on corrugated cardboard mounted on wood. He had associations with dada and surrealism and was part of the first surrealist exhibition but he never seemed to adhere to any sort of orthodoxy.
