Pudendal Gravitas In Abstracta
Filipino artist Manuel Ocampo's work is somewhere between graffiti and iconography. The pieces here maybe show more of the former than the latter but if you check out more of his work at Tyler Rollins Fine Art you will get the idea.
Ocampo was the subject of two solo exhibitions at Tyler Rollins Fine Art. The most recent of these, The View Through the Bull of a Manual Laborer of Menagerie Gussied Over White Ground: 20 Years of Self-Loathing and Intestinal Mishaps, which ran from November 8 to December 22, 2012. This ran at the same time as Ocampo's work was being shown at Pulse Miami.
