Ludovic Bernhardt's Drones, Pills & Yantras runs at Sanatorium (İstanbul) April 3 to May 10, 2014. There will be an opening at 6:30 p.m, April 3.
Bernhardt’s solo exhibition calls attention to the visual rituals of a post-industrial society. Medicine packaging, coded language, fake maps, mandalas, yantra diagrams all combine to create these "psycho-objects." Varous medium are employed.
The artist currently lives in Istanbul and curated the Hyphologie exhibit held at Sanatorium last year.
