The exhibition features color photos and sculptures bu the Italian artist. It is Vitturi's first solo exhibition in the USA. The exhibit is a "visual document and investigation" of Dalston's Ridley Road Market. The colorful market is located in East London and has items ranging from exotic fruit to theatrical wigs available for sale. The market is always changing as is the neighborhood around it. This is as much a preservation of the market via art as anything else.
Vitturi, a resident of Dalston, became fascinated by the market and began with scupltures made from discarded things found at the market: figs, balloons, soap and pigs feet can all be found in these pieces.
