Lalla Essaydi and Heather McGill's work was shown by Miller Yezerski Gallery (Boston) At Pulse Miami 2013.
Essaydi is from Morocco but now lives in the USA. McGill has lived and worked outside of Detroit for the past ten years or so. She is best known as a sculptor but she also creates works on paper. Her sculpture takes some direction from the city. She learned to paint at a collision shop in the city which is sort of a fantastic artistic apprenticeship. For more head to
