Last year we did a wee interview with Greg Haberney, this year some of his work was shown by Ethan Cohen Fine Arts (New York).
Habery's work inhabit a world somewhere between the wonder of youth and confusion; or are those the same thing? His work calls to mind the many artists who have looked at the art of children and been inspired. In the interview I told him his work reminded me of the great Cy Twombly (about as high a compliment as I can give). Haberny's response is in the video linked above.
