Galerie Sturm (Nuremberg) showed work by Tobias Buckel at Impulse/Pulse Miami 2013. These pieces were shown as a solo presentation.
Buckel has an MA with distinction from Chelsea College of Art and Design (London). For some reason the colors called to mind the more representational works of Wolf Kahn. Perhaps I just had Kahn on the brain.
Obviously these works are conceptually and stylistically worlds away from the other German artists work.
