Dialogue Space Gallery is based in Beijing. One of the painters on display was Li Jikai. The three works depicted below are (left to right)--Brain, Bed and Boy With Mushroom. The works range in price from US$ 35,000 to US$ 72,000 with the larger Brain being the piece with the highest price tag.
Lest you fall into the trap of thinking “Asian gallery=only Asian artists” Marc Desgrandchamps’ Untitled was shown as well. An Asian gallery is as likely to show Western art as a Western gallery is to show Asian art. This sounds silly and obvious but some people, for some odd reason, seem to think this way
