I thought these were jellyfish. I was wrong. I also thought they were photos I was, likewise, wrong.

These were exhibited by Ellen Miller Gallery of Boston at Pulse Art Fair. It is, in a sense, eco art, reclaiming something most of us toss in the trash. We toss way too many of them in the trash. I have no idea if the artist knows that with environmental degradation of the oceans, jellyfish proliferate. In the inanimate world plastic bags do the same.
It is worth noting that as a "category" I call everything "Art Basel 2011". IN fact, Pulse Art Fair is not part of Art Basel proper.
