Georgiades holds an MFA from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago and is a professor of art/sculpture at the University of Wisconsin, Madison. His work often features recycled architectural products--like a ladder.
Sharpe's work has ben exhibited since the mid 1960s and holds a BFA and MFA from the School of the Art Institute (is this a PATTERN). He uses oil, pencil and watercolor on paper in other pieces similar to the one above. There is something pastoral in these works, like some crazy, disjointed landscape.
