Khemique, Electronic, Industrial, Music With A Beat And Lots Of Free Downloads

Khemique is, in part, the brainchild of DJ Puzzle (aka Jason Donnelly). He does all sorts of music, creates loop libraries and wrestles crocodiles.

The other part of the group is Johann Smit. Smit provides the lead vocals while both he and Donnelly write the songs.

Smit resides in Chicago and Donnelly in Los Angeles so this is a long distance collaboration. Check out the track Fake Profile (featuring, as many of these tracks do, vocals by Chris Connelly).

On An On Touring To Support Soon To Be Released LP, "Give In," Offering Free Download Of Single, "The Hunter"

On An On have announced new tour dates for 2013. The tour is to support their debut record, Give in, which hits the street January 29, 2013 on Roll Call Records. The first part of the tour is with Geographer out of San Francisco. The tour includes headline dates in NYC too. Following this the band heads to Europe. Tour dates are below.

Pascal Pinon Release Single Off Upcoming LP, "Twosomeness"

Pascal Pinon have a new single, Þerney (One Thing) out now and a new LP, Twosomeness, coming February 5, 2013 on Morr Music. This is the group’s second release. Pascal Pinon is sisters, Jófrídur and Ásthildur with help from some others. The first record was critically acclaimed around the world.

Pascal Pinon plays at the Eurosonic Festival in January.

Delhi 2 Dublin are heading out on a 2013 tour to support their new record, Turn Up The Stereo. The record comes out February 19, 2013. Dates are below.

The band plays music with all sorts of cultural and genre influences: Celtic, dub, rock, electronic and bhangra. Imagine Irish sounds blended with Indian music. Check them out on tour or when their record comes out. Their tour will be with another eclectic act, Balkan Beat Box.

He's My Brother She's My Sister Have A New Video

He's My Brother She's My Sister, out of L.A. actually include brother and sister Robert and Rachel Kolar. Lauren Brown plays drum and tap dances (that is not made up). Add to that a stand up bass and a lap steel guitar and you have the musical backbone of the group. The band's debut record, Nobody Dances In This Town, comes out January 22, 2013.

In the past year or so they have played over 150 shows with the likes of Neko Case, Edward Sharpe & The Magnetic Zeros, Dawes, My Morning Jacket and more. They are heading out on the road again in January.

Dom La Nena, born in Brazil, has her debut record, Ela, coming out January 15, 2013. You can check out a single from the record, No Meu Pas, below. You can also check out the video for that track, HERE.

La Nena is a cellist and singer. Her record includes songs in both English and Portuguese. Though born in Brazil she has lived all over—France, Brazil, Argentina. La Nena currently resides in France. Keep eyes open for a tour in 2013.
