Young And Lost Records seem to have a thing about whales. Their band Whales In Cubicles have a new single, We Never Win. In celebration of this release they are making another song, Never and Ever, available via Soundcloud (you will not it embedded below).

The band’s name comes from an Andrew Bird song. How can someone in Chicago not be impressed by that. The list influences from Guided by Voices and Sebadoh to Black Sabbath and Radiohead. Pretty eclectic.
Keep an eye for shows—we assume for now in the UK/Europe but we seriously need to get more from this label over here. Noah And The Whale can pack a couple of these other bands in their suitcases the next time they pop over.
