Thurston Moore and Loren Connors have teamed up to produce an exclusive release, The Only Way To Go Is Straight Through, for Record Store Day (April 20, 2013). Three thousand copies of this LP will be made available worldwide only on Record Store Day and it will not be released in any other format.
The release comes from two live recordings. One took place at The Stone in New York City and the other at Northern Spy Records CMJ showcase at Public Assembly, also in New York City. Kudos to Northern Spy for getting together an interesting release for Record Store Day and not just a retread of previously released material.
