The Sea And Cake Playing In South America, Then Returning To USA--Hear A Track

The Sea and Cake are a band and also two of my favorite things. They are also on Chicago’s Thrill Jockey Records so you can be relatively sure that they are a) interesting and b) probably don’t suck. Their ninth record, The Moonlight Butterfly, came out a few months back as did a split 7 inch with Broken Social Scene.

Tour dates, beginning in South America, are below. I wish I could check them out in Santiago but I will likely have to settle for Chicago. I am not even going to try to hang a genre on this band.
