The Dig, Out Of Brooklyn, Touring To Support "Midnight Flowers"

The Dig, out of Brooklyn, are a band I saw in an opening slot a few years back. I remember it was one of those times where I thought;"Headline band has some balls letting these guys play before them." It speaks volumes about a band having a really good opener. Means they have some confidence. The Dig are a solid live rock act.

On their upcoming tour (dates below) they will be the headliner, supported by the awkwardly named The We Shared Milk.

This band began when the two singers were 11--or at least they started doing music together then. They play rock music with some edge, some grooviness and a dash of soul too. The video for the first single off their latest record is below.  The full length as titled Midnight Flowers. The record was produced by Bryce Goggin who has worked with bands ranging from Swans to Pavement to Antony & The Johnsons.
