Teletextile are from Brooklyn. We seem to write a lot of stuff about Brooklyn artists. I am not sure why. Nothing against Brooklyn mind you.
But when it comes to the band’s music I could describe it or you could just listen to the two tracks above. Both are off the new Teletextile ep release, Reflector. The band are also appearing at Pianos in NYC on November 20th. Pamela Martinez is the main force behind the band. You can really call Martinez a “multi-instrumentalist” since she plays harp, guitar, violin and piano. That is a wide variety of stringed instruments. If she takes up the Oboe or the Irish Pipes we will be really impressed ((she is also from Texas, not Brooklyn).
