Scattered Trees just released CD, Sympathy, now has a video. We have written about the band and the record before but seeing the new video and new tour dates it seemed like a good time to revisit them. Keep in mind this was a band that, until a year or so ago, had effectively ceased to exist. Nate Eiseland, the band’s singer, turned the death of his father into a collection of songs on loss and redemption. The songs are a true and heartfelt tribute but are also universal.
