Ron Block is set to release his third LP, Walking Song, on July 30, 2013. Block is also known for his work with Alison Kraus & Union Station (his bandmates help out on this recording). In addition to being a musician he is also a music producer and writer.
He is currently working with award-winning poet, Rebecca Reynolds. The music is spiritual (Block's writings deal with spirituality and Christianity) and incorporates Celtic, Gospel and bluegrass into the acoustic foundation.
