Riot Fest & Topps Announce Garbage Pail Kids Trading Cards To Be Sold At Riot Fest & Carnival In Chicago, September 16-18

A new Riot Fest Series One Garbage Pail Kids eight-card collection will debut and be available for purchase at the Riot Fest & Carnival in Chicago, September 16-18. The series will feature a card for the festival as well as cards created for current and past performers, and will include the following:
