Mudhoney were one of the most interesting bands of the era. It was music that made punk obsolete and in many ways helped end rock n roll “apartheid” ie a situation where “punks” couldn’t listen to “metal” and visa versa.
That is one of the great things about music today. Genre fascism is so much less prevalent. And bands like this helped make that happen. That is today’s rock n roll editorial. Go buy this DVD when it comes out.
