Marques Toliver has a new single, Control. You can watch the video below or buy it at iTunes. His new record, Land of CanAan, comes out in the USA on May 14, 2013. A tour is planned but only one date is currently confirmed (May 2 at Mercury Lounge in NYC).
Think R&B meets classical for Toliver’s music. He is a classically trained violinist who later busked in NYC subways. He played live and in the studio with the likes of Grizzly Bear, Holly Miranda, Miles Benjamin and Anthony Robinson.
