Kevin Bowe has often worked with other performers—but this time out he is going it alone. Well, not ALONE but solo. You KNOW what I meant…Get off my back! Bowe’s Natchez Trace is a mix of folk rock and country and features musicians such as Chris and Curt Kirkwood (Meat Puppets), Nels Cline (Wilco) and Scarlet Rivera who played on some fabulous Bob Dylan efforts.
That isn’t even everyone who help out. The guys from the Jay Hawks (Freedy Johnston, Chuck Prophet and Tim O’Reagan) also appear.
Bowe’s own band, the Okemah Prophets, also appear.
