Happy New Year is Eleanor Logan, originally from Australia and now of Brooklyn, started out playing punk and moved into noise when she arrived in Brooklyn. But it isn’t what you typically label “noise” in a music genre sense. It has a very definite pop sensibility.
The release is coming out as a limited edition, colored, 12 inch on Crikey Records.
