Front Line Assembly are heading out on tour for the first time since 2007 in support of Improvised. Electronic. Device. The tour begins on Halloween (SPOOOOKY) in Seattle (not SPOOOOKY). There will be several interesting support acts including ANGELSPIT, Raggedy Angry and Unter Null.
The album allegedly includes some genre switching (I have not heard it) including electronic, dark metal and ambient music. They also do an medley of showtunes, mostly stuff from Oklahoma!
Front Line Assembly first appeared in 1986 when Bill Leeb left Skinny Puppy and the band has been an ever changing cog in the great wheel of industrial rock ever since.
