Company Of Thieves Releasing New Record, Release Single, Announce Tour

Chicago’s  Company of Thieves are releasing their latest, Running From A Gamble, on May 17. A track from that full-length effort , Modern Waste, is above. The band’s debut, Ordinary Riches, came out in 2009. That record was #5 on Billboard’s Heatseekers chart. Honestly? I have no idea what Billboard charts mean anymore. There seem to be like 50 ways to chart #1 these days…

The band have opened for bands like OK Go, The Hold Steady and did duets with Daryl Hall on his show, Live From Daryl Hall’s House. They are currently (as in starting tonight) on tour with The Whigs.
