Atari Teenage Riot has a new single, Blood In My Eyes, out on Digital Hardcore Recordings. The single is off the band’s upcoming record, Is this Hyperreal? which is set to come out this summer.
The song features vocalist Nic Endo and the track is about women who have become victims of human trafficking or been exploited in the myriad ways women can be exploited. Obviously this isn’t usual pop rock fare but I wish more artists wrote angry songs about the shittiness in the world. We need more calls to action don’t we?
