And a new compilation of punk and rock bands is showing I write the truth. Are You With The Band? from Paper and Plastick Records, comes out October 4, 2011. It was put together by Lauren Benitzio of the band The Measure.
It will be available digitally and on vinyl. The comp has 17 tracks and has a full color booklet with art done by women from the scene. All proceeds go to Planned Parenthood, an organization that has been demonized by idiots. I am not going to give a history lesson but if you think they are simply an abortion provider you need to turn off Fox News and then pull your head out of your ass (how do you watch with your head in your ass anyway?).
Twelve of the 17 tracks are previously unreleased and bands include, The Measure, Slingshot Dakota, Dead Dog, Shellshag, No More, P.S. Elliot, Noun and more.
