Chicagoans take note, Antennas Up are playing every Tuesday in June at Panchos. Hailing from Kansas City, the band are a soul-funk-electro amalgam. I haven’t heard much from the band but the bits I have have made me curious. And nothing makes me curious. I mean I am dull as dishwater and totally non-inquisitive.
Antennas Up released their eponymous debut in 2009 and have played with a slew of swell bands and at SXSW. A new record is in the works as well and keep an eye open for it in the fall.
