I make an effort to post everything regarding Amanda Palmer. It isn’t just because I like her work. It is also because, when I started shooting photos of shows I was supposed to do so for a Dresden Dolls show. Well, the concept was bad, I became really drunk and no piece ever appeared.
Ergot I feel indebted to Palmer. I think I made it up to her PR company by now though.
Palmer’s new video for Evelyn, Evelyn’s song Have You Seen My Sister Evelyn? was directed by Hoku Uchiyama and produced by Vanishing Angle. This is supposed to be a never before seen type of animation.
But this is more than a video and music. The story is of Evelyn, Evelyn is told in a new graphic novel from Dark Horse Comics. The book features a story by Palmer and Jason Webley, art Cynthia von Buhler and an afterward by Neil Gaiman.
Gaiman and Palmer will also be together on a short tour of the West Coast. The shows will be spoken word, music, human sacrifice..etc etc etc.
