Acoustic Syndicate, New Release Coming, Video Out Now, Touring Too

Acoustic Syndicate, out of North Carolina, mix folk rock with a dash of bluegrass and classic rock. They are a modern version of a number of bands in the 60s and 70s who rediscovered traditional music and incorporated it into their own music (some see this as theft when it is, of course, actually creativity and progress...go screw yoursef Pete Seeger!).

But I digress.

Acoustic Syndicate have a new LP, Rooftop Garden, out September 3, 2013 The band has a new video for their track, Heroes, you can listen to it below. The band is also touring. Dates are below as well.

Three members of the band, two brothers and a cousin in the McCurry family, still farm in Cleveland County, NC. The farm they work on has been in their family for well over 200 years.
