Stone Sour is releasing the first half of their double album on October 23, 2012. House of Gold & Bones Part 1 comes out on Roadrunner with the second installment in 2012. The group recorded the record in Sound Farm Studios in Des Moines with David Bottrill producing. Botrill has also worked with Muse, Tool and Staind. You can check out two tracks for the upcoming record at, www.houseofgoldandbones.com. A worldwide tour is also in the offing—and we don’t mean they are playing in the USA with a stop at some festival in Germany. This is a five continent tour. Find out even more at the band website, www.stonesour.com. The Lost Brothers have a new record, The Passing of the Night, comes out September 25th on Readymade Records (Brendan Benson of Raconteurs-fame’s label). This is the acoustic duo’s US debut and Now That The Night Has Come is available on AOLSpinner.com today. They are also coming in September for their first American tour. The pair met in Liverpool and became regulars in that scene where the name, The Lost Brothers, stuck to them. There has to be a story behind THAT. Despite this being their first USA release it is their third release overall. Tour
