Tristen is heading out on tour to support her latest LP, Caves. She just released a video for the song, Catalyst (which is below). Most of the dates on the tour are with Jeremy Messersmith.
Tristen's sound has changed a little. Don't expect the vaguely alt-country tunes of her first record. That is probably a good thing--not that there was anything wrong with Charlatans At The Garden Gate? It is a good record. It is just that you cannot swing a dead cat without hitting a folk singer-songwriter.
