The Fervor have a new record coming out on Yim Yames’ (My Morning Jacket) label Removador Recordings & Solutions. The album is out now digitally and on CD via SonaBLAST and on LP from Karate Body.
All those different places. How confusing. It was hard enough collecting royalties from ONE company back when.
The record, Arise, Great Warrior is, I believe, the second from the Louisville band. I interviewed them a few years back about their gear. The band has the same line up as back then: Natalie and Ben Felker, Michael Campbell and Mat Herron.
The record was produced by Charles Gonzalez and recorded in San Francisco. Then it was mixed in Louisville by Kevin Ratterman who has also worked with My Morning Jacket and Wax Fang.
