The Dismemberment Plan Release New Single From Upcoming LP, Touring

The Dismemberment Plan have a new single, Daddy Was A Real Good Dancer, off their upcoming LP, Uncanny Valley. Check it out via Soundcloud. The new LP comes out October 15, 2013. This is the first LP from the indie rockers in a dozen years. In celebration of this new LP the band is touring and dates are, of course, below..


The band isn't the most prolific--releasing four LPs since 1993--but they have also been out of action for awhile. A reunion (mentioned here before) brought them back together a few years back.

The new LP was recorded by J. Robbins who has worked with the band many times (and also with The Promise Ring and Jawbreaker).
