Sidi Touré Coming To USA To Support His Release, "Sahel Folk"

Sidi Touré is coming to the United States. To say most people here don’t know Touré here is an understatement. He is a Malian musician whose fantastic record, Sahel Folk, came out earlier this year on Thrill Jockey. Two of his collaborators on the album, Jambala Maïga and Douma Maïga, are making the trek with him. We wrote about Touré when the record came out, posting a track, you can read that little piece (with video) HERE.
