MiMOSA calls his music "Future Trill." He uses hip hop beats in his electronic songs. It is fairly unique, signature music. An L.A. native (Tigran Mkhitaryan is the name on his driver's license) MiMOSA has been making waves with his live performances and his sets at Bonnaroo, Coachella and Ultra have all added to the burnishing of his rep.
He releases his music through his own label, False Idol, which he opened in 2011.
New music is also on the horizon.
