Great Cynics are from London. They apparently have become even more cynical because they used to be called just Cynics. Their first record, Don’t Need Much is out now. It is also streaming at AOL Spinner, so you can listen before you buy.
The band is also heading out on tour with The Living Daylights, Algernon Cadwallader, Lemuria & Cheap Girls. U.S.A. dates are being set up now. This includes a stop at the 10th Fest in Gainesville, Florida (home to my alma mater).
