Stephen Hilyard's third solo exhibition of photographs runs at Platform Gallery (114 Third Avenue South
Seattle) February 6 to March 22, 2014. There will be an opening reception from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, February, 6.
This group of photos are five digital images of mountains in Iceland. They have been manipulated to be symmetrical for part of their height. These are not actual mountains but images that are part of the concept of the mountain.
These works were supported by grants from the University of Wisconsin Graduate School and American Scandinavian Foundation.
