The nature of peace dedicated to Andy Warhol

The nature of peace dedicated to Andy Warhol by Iman Safaei takes pop art and makes it Persian. The artist holds and Associate Degree in Graphic Design from Azad University (Tehran) and is a member of the Iranian Graphic Designers Society.
Priya Assal Gheissari's piece from the Fantasies of a Modern Persian Bride series is a whimsical work. I may not know what Persian brides fantasize about but I can see, from this piece, that it isn't that different from what brides in New Jersey or Miami fantasize about in their wedding.
There is something curious in these works that they do not show something alien and different but rather more provide a notion of connectedness via art, via beauty. Not all these artists are currently based in Iran but they are of Iran.
