Red Corridor Gallery (Fulda, Germany) showed work by Leszek Skurski at Scope Miami Beach 2016. These are works that require close, in person, inspection to truly appreciate them. Paintings with small figures in large fields are likely to be this way.
Skurski is a Polish-born artist who lives and works in Fulda. When I first saw Unlimited I thought of work by Ed Ruscha that was all white...with figures in white as well. Here you have more contrast between figures and background but I could not get the Ruscha idea out of my head. This isn't because of the figures it is because of the subtle details beyond and before the figures.
