Do not let the internet fool you--the Lane pieces are quite small (14 x 11 inches) while The Planting (in gallery below) is 30 x 36.
As you might expect from the name the gallery focuses on portraiture--although as you can gather from the images they are not married to the traditional notion of the portrait. Gallery director, Debra Brehmer is an art historian who also teaches at the Milwaukee Institute of Art and Design.
