Landau Fine Art's website states, upfront, what they are all about-- "Only Master Works." Their booth at Expo Chicago verified that statement beyond doubt. Works displayed included a series, Aggregation, by Chun Kwang Young. Also on display were works by Joan Miró , Joseph Maria Aviles, Andre Derain, Pablo Picasso and Amadeo Modigliani.

One of the points of this section is to introduce people to new artists--or artist's new to them. Most art aficionados will be aware of Miró and possibly Derain. The first painting below is Femme by Miró and the second is Bateaux sur la plage à Collioure by Derain. The artist behind the three works below should need no introduction, even to someone who knows the names of one or two artists. The two smaller works are Homme Assis et Beltier and Le Peintre by Picasso. I am almost certainly spelling the first wrong. I apologize to Picasso.
