Yamaguchi is a Japanese painter who doesn't work exclusively on canvas. He creates on t-shirts, skateboards and other non-standard objects.
This is, of course, true in these pieces. The entire GR Gallery booth was dedicated to his work. While they certainly function as stand alone pieces they are also impressive as a collection, as an installation.
