Gachi Prieto Gallery (Uriarte 1976, Palermo, Buenos Aires) opens Anima by Carolina Magnin. The exhibit opens August 15 and features highlights from the artist's solo show at the Emilio Caraffa Museum of Córdoba.
Magnin uses slides, which have fallen into disuse in the digital age. She conserves old boxes of slides to begin in her work. She actually started many yeas ago with family slides. These days she collects from multiple sources.
