Fresh Eggs Gallery (Berlin) showed pieces by Isabella Sedeka at Scope Miami Beach 2016. The pieces are all acrylic, gold leaf and silver leaf on canvas.
Sedeka, a Polish-born artist, now lives and works in Berlin. She studied in Italy.
Her work starts with acrylic which is then covered with a composition of gold, bronze and sliver leaf. She then makes the work "shine" via an artifical aging process. She then works these out of the canvas. How? You would have to ask her specifics. These are subtle and lovely work.
