In addition to Expo Chicago, this weekend sees the inaugural edition of Fountain/Chicago from September 20 to 22. The show will be at Mana Contemporary, 2233 S. Throop Street. There will be shuttles between the two fairs.
Fountain Art Fair was founded in Brooklyn in 2006 but has expanded. The focus is on smaller, independent galleries looking to increase their visibility. Fountain currently works with over 80 galleries showing in Los Angeles, Miami, New York and , now, Chicago.
A weekend pass for Fountain is $15 but they will honor Expo Chicago VIP cards.
