Munroe was born in the Bahamas and has a BFA from the Savannah College of Art and Design and an MFA from Washington University. His work was featured in the Venice Biennial (2015) and represented the Bahamas in the Liverpool Biennial (2010). These are just a few of his shows and honors. Gibson's Table Flip-Black Wolf, is epoxy ink on glass. It would be hard to figure this out in person without the gallery's description. The work is unframed, an edition of 10 and sells for $1200.
Gibson, from Miami, has a BFA from Cooper Union and MFA from Yale. He publised a book, Some Monsters Loom Large, in 2016. In the same year he curated the traveling exhibition Black Pulp! which was reviewed in Art in America and the New York Times.
