Prettiest Little Present Jenny O released her ep, Home, on Manimal, November 30th and a holiday single, Get Down For The Holidays via everyone’s favorite retailer (Target…no..seriously except for all the right wing anti-gay stuff, I love Target).
Now you can hear her second Christmas single, Prettiest Little Present, all over the internet and above. O is a Californian folk singer with a touch of jazz and a dash of hippy-era pop. She will have a residency in February at the Bootleg Theater in Los Angeles. Summer Camp Christmas WrappingSummer Camp have the Holiday Spirit. And you can listen to this spirit in their cover of The Waitresses' Christmas Wrapping. The track comes courtesy of the band and Moshi Records.

You can also click on the titles to see videos for their tracks Round the Moon and Ghost Train. Something very nostalgic about this music, even if its origins are from a time decades before your parents were born (it is very much updated though). Man…this is not an eloquent post! I am also not going to be suspicious that the "sisters" consist of a pretty blond, redhead and brunette. One of each predominant hair color.... |
